Use Restrictions

Non-Payment and Contract Cancellation

In cases of non-payment or contract cancellation:

We reserve the right to pause or terminate active campaigns and services if invoices are not paid by the due date. The client acknowledges that suspension of services may affect campaign performance, for which Pixel This Marketing LLC will not be held liable.
All outstanding invoices must be paid within five (5) business days of cancellation. Failure to pay will result in retention of all campaigns, advertisements, accounts, and data created by us. These assets will only be transferred upon receipt of full payment.
We reserve the right to deactivate or delete any campaigns if payments remain overdue beyond the specified timeframe.
Late fees of up to $75 per day will apply after 30+ days of non-payment if service was conducted during the 30 day non-payment period.

Intellectual Property

Pixel This Marketing LLC retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the Service, including campaigns, designs, and creatives, until full payment for services is received. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We disclaim liability for:

Loss of profits, data, or use arising from Service interruptions.
Issues caused by user-submitted content or third-party links accessed via the Service.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Modification of Terms

Pixel This Marketing LLC may update these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Agreement Validity

Signing service agreements or retainers.
